Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Skyclick Media, we value our relationship with our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing and web solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. General Principles

  • Service-Based Nature: Our services (SEO, PPC, Web Design) involve significant human effort, expertise, and time which cannot be “returned.” Therefore, refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been executed.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any payments made to third parties on your behalf (including but not limited to Google/Facebook Ad budgets, Domain Name registration, Hosting fees, and Software licenses) are strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Service Type

2.1. Web Design & Development Projects

  • Before Project Start: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before the initial project kickoff or discovery phase, you are eligible for a Full Refund (minus a 5% administrative/processing fee).

  • During Design Phase: If you cancel after the initial mock-ups/designs have been shared but before you have approved them for development, you are eligible for a 50% Refund of the deposit.

  • After Approval/Development Start: Once the design is approved and coding/development has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If the project is cancelled at this stage, you may be liable to pay for all work completed up to that point.

2.2. Monthly Retainers (SEO & Social Media)

  • Notice Period: We require a 30-day written notice to cancel any recurring monthly service (SEO, Social Media Management).

  • Final Billing: Because we plan our resources a month in advance, you will be billed for the final 30-day period following your cancellation notice. Work will continue as normal during this transition period.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.3. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management

  • Management Fee: Our management fee is non-refundable once the service month has begun.

  • Ad Spend: You control your ad spend (media budget) directly with the ad platforms (Google/Meta). We cannot refund any money paid to these platforms. It is your responsibility to pause or cancel your ad account billing if you stop services.

3. How to Cancel

To validly cancel a service, you must submit a written request to our support team. Verbal cancellations (via phone) are not accepted to avoid misunderstandings.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approval: If a refund is approved under these terms, you will be notified via email.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or UPI). We cannot issue cash refunds.

5. Changes to This Policy

Skyclick Media reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
